We will keep this list going for you as long as it is needed. Many yoga, fitness, and wellness spaces are choosing to close as recommended.
Please remember that your yoga practice is exactly that – yours. “Our goal as yoga teachers is to put ourselves out of a job” ~Richard Gartner (sorry Richard if that is not exact, but I think it’s pretty close). What that means is that you can practice yoga without any of the “things” – tights, studios, mats, money, props, the list goes on and on.
It does help to have some guidance, so we will keep this list going for you to find online resources from our instructors and the general yoga community. When you’re doing yoga by yourself remember that it should feel comfortable – if it doesn’t, make the necessary changes to the poses. And be OK with that.
The online pages provided here have been checked to make sure that there is, indeed, FREE online content. Many have accessible practices.
